Making sure you are happy with your new print is an important part of my work.
Here are answers to some frequently asked questions so you can know what to expect when purchasing from us:

 

Shipping and Delivery

Free international shipping for orders over $100
Shipping price is pending your geographic location. There is a shipping calculator available prior to check out. 

 

Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from Israel - that's where MEIRAV GANELEVIN PRINTS is located.

 

How long will it take to process my order?

All items are shipped up to 5 business days* from our studio in Israel. If you need your order asap, let me know by email and I will do my best to speed it up.
*Unless the print is out of stock and a new print needs to be created. In this case, the print will be out within three weeks from the date of ordering.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! I am proud to see my prints on walls all over the world.

 

What About Customs and Duties?

If your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties vary from country to country, and I cannot estimate nor pay these fees. 

 

Can I Track My Package?

Yes. When ordering the shipment, a tracking number is given.

 

What if I Don't Like What I Received?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact me within 30 days from when you received it and I will work out a refund or exchange. We will not cover the shipping cost back.
Your refund will be issued once I receive your purchase and find it in salable condition.
